About

The Youth Red Cross (YRC) plays a vital role in shaping compassionate and responsible individuals. As an integral part of the Red Cross movement, the YRC focuses on cultivating a sense of social responsibility, humanitarian values, and leadership skills among young adults. The importance of the Youth Red Cross lies in its ability to empower the youth with knowledge, skills, and a proactive attitude toward community service and disaster response. By participating in YRC activities, students not only contribute to the well-being of society but also gain personal growth, empathy, and a broader perspective on global issues. The YRC equips them with tools to be proactive change-makers, fostering a future generation that is well-prepared to address challenges and create positive impacts on both local and global levels.

Objectives:

  • To provide an opportunity for the students to serve humanity.
  • To equip them to address challenges
  • To help them to gain personal growth, empathy, and a broader perspective on global issues.
