Staff Club is formed to ensure the welfare of the teaching and non- teaching staff of the College. The Association helps hold the group together, addressing their concerns and offering support in various
ways. The welfare measures of the Staff Club of the institution also takes a keen interest in their
professional growth as well as personal wellness.
The welfare measures for the teaching and non-teaching staff include not only support for
professional development, but assistance for financial and health securities as well. Staff club is in
constant dialogue with Faculty Development Centre of the College to provide inputs regarding
training/ workshops/ seminars.
The management of the College has set up a system to ensure the wellness of its employees and to
enable them perform to their potential.
Election of the Office Bearers of the Staff Club is held annually, at the beginning of each academic year, in the month of June.

Members of the Association make a monthly contribution for the benefit of the Association and its
members become the main funding source of the Club. The rate of contribution varies depending on
the designation of a member.
In order to ensure the safe custody of the funds, a joint saving bank account is opened in the name of
the President and Treasurer of the Club. The Association properly maintains its Cash Book, Loan
Register, and contributory Fund Register separately for the systematic maintenance of the account.
The finances of the Association are audited at least once within every term.
