Trading Club at Al Shifa College of Arts and Science, Kizhattur, Perinthalmanna, organized a session on ‘Introduction to the Forex Market, the World's Largest Financial Market’.
The session was led by Mr. SHARUKH, Data Administrator at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA, IAS Academy), and forex trader and mentor.
Mr. Sharukh initially make aware of the students about FOREX and shared his own experience
and the challenges he faced during his journey as a trader. The foreign exchange (also known as
forex or FX) market is a global marketplace for exchanging national currencies. Because of the
worldwide reach of trade, commerce, and finance, forex markets tend to be the largest and most
liquid asset markets in the world. Currencies trade against each other as exchange rate pairs. He
gave an introduction to the forex market, opportunities, challenges, and risk factors to become a
successful trader in the forex market. He highlighted the terms ‘Patience’ and ‘Risk
Management’ will be the two key factors for the success of a trader, Mr. Sharukh presented the
whole session in an understandable and presentable manner.

The session was very interactive and informative. Students actively participated in the session
and clarified their doubts. The session started at 10:45 with a formal welcome address by Mr.
Suhaib. P, Assistant Professor of Commerce and coordinator of Trading Club. Dr. Babu. P.K
principal of Al Shifa College of Arts And science Officially inaugurated the session. The
program came to an end at 12:30 PM, Mr. Jassir Hussain student of 5th semester B Com
