Mini.V.K, currently persuing Ph.D in Commerce from NIFT – TEA College Nitewear Fashion, Mudalipalayam, Tirupur under Bharathiar University. She holds her M Phil degree in Commerce from Sree Narayana Guru College, KG Chavadi, Bharathiar University. Holds a Master’s degree in Commerce (Finance) from Majlis Arts and Science College Puramannur, and Bachelor of commerce degree from Co operative Arts and Science College, Tirur. She has Qualified UGC NET and has two and half year of teaching experience. She has participated in various national and international level seminars. She has to credit numerous publications in journals and proceedings of National and International Reputed Journals. Her area of interest includes Human Resource Management, Corporate accounting, marketing management, cost accounting and management accounting.
